If we learn that any importer, distributor, retailer or other member of the Trade is dealing in counterfeit packaging of our brands, we will proceed against you aggressively through civil and/or criminal channels. In addition to criminal prosecution, in appropriate cases, we will invoke the civil provision of the federal trademark law that allows courts to award trademark owners like Koolglo U.S.A. up to $1 million in statutory (non-compensatory) damages per counterfeited mark, as well as their attorney’s fees.

Although most images and animations are produced by us, some miscellaneous images may be the intellectual property of others. We either design all images, or receive assistance from others. If any image is previously copyrighted, please contact our webmaster and it will be promptly removed or credit will be given to the image..

MANY POLICE DEPARTMENTS HAVE ISSUED TICKETS FOR NEON LIGHTING. THIS IS DONE UNDER THE STATUTE OF IMPROPER LIGHTING.
1- THESE STATUTES ARE FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON ORIGINAL VEHICLE LIGHTING, WHICH MUST ADHERE TO CERTAIN RULES AND REGULATIONS SET BY THE AAMVA.
2- RED WHITE OR AMBER ARE THE ONLY COLORS PERMITTED ON A VEHICLE AND THEY MUST BE  NO BRIGHTER THAN A SPECIFIC BRIGHTNESS ALLOWED BY LAW.
3- THEY MUST BE AFFIXED AT CERTAIN HEIGHTS
4- UNDER THESE LAWS, IF NEON OR LED IS INSTALLED UNDER YOUR VEHICLE, WHERE THE ACTUAL TUBE IS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE FRONT SIDES OR REAR, AND ONLY THE GLO UNDER THE VEHICLE IS VISIBLE (REGARDLESS OF COLOR) THEN IT IS 100% LEGAL.
