YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CHARGED. The "charges" that are appearing on your card account are called pending holds. We understand that this is a frustrating situation for you as well as the entire eCommerce industry. Pending holds come about because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transaction that has been submitted for approval. Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification. Once you submit your credit card information for approval, your bank/credit company checks to verify the amount of money available. If you have enough funds, then an authorization code is given and the money is placed on hold. Once your funds are verified, then all of the billing information entered is verified. If your information is not exactly how your bank/credit company has it on file, then your order will not process. Your card is actually charged about 1-2 days before the order is shipped.
If the product I want is out of stock will I be notified when it becomes available? Yes, an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that the product has become available. If you arrive back to the store, and the product is no longer visible, then it has been discontinued. Items that are Out of Stock, Special Order and Pre-Order are not in stock and will ship once they arrive in our warehouse. * Occasionally, we are out of stock on an item. You will be notified. If a delay is inconvenient, please notify us and we will cancel your order.. Special order items are NOT cancellable
RETURN POLICY Subject to manufacturer or publisher restrictions, you may get an immediate replacement or repair, if your product becomes defective within the given warranty time. Returns for credit are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee and are dependent upon the specific product. Any and all product returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number that you can get by contacting our Returns Department by email within the given time frame from your invoice date.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Your receipt of electronic or other form of order confirmation will not signify our acceptance of your order nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order or without prior notice to you, KOOLGLO MOTORSPORTS reserves the right to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and charge accordingly.
RETURNING PRODUCTS A 10% restocking fee is subject to all non-defective returns. For a return or replacement of your product, excluding shipping and handling charge, we request that you contact our customer service department at 1.800.964.0080 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). If being returned within 30 days, the product must be returned unopened and not used , at your expense including documentation and packaging.

Here is how it works: In the event that the item is DAMAGED on Arrival, Please call our Returns Department within 5 days of receipt of the damaged item: KOOLGLO MOTORSPORTS will make its best efforts to replace the product immediately. Note: Restocking charges apply to product returns made within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, product returns will not be accepted. Products damaged through negligence or in shipment to us will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense.
Returned products must be received within 7 days from the issuance of the RA (Return Authorization) number. On returns to our factory, no credit will be allowed for items damaged in transit or shipped to us in error. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value excluding freight charges of the materials or its replacement.
