Flexible 12vdc Electroluminescent Lighting only 1/8” in diameter. Use it to wrap around farings tanks, seats, fenders, mirrors,  the possibilities are endless. All kits include transformer, hardware,  neon wire, instructions.  Suggested installation locations: Speakers, Doors, Console, Exterior/Interior Running Boards, Tailight trim, front grill, speaker boxes. GLO-WIREZ cable can be installed in most locations on your bike. Durable and Flexible, weatherproof, easy to install, cool to the touch.

An electroluminescent lamp is basically a capacitor with a "lossy" dielectric that includes some sort of phosphor to make light from part of the dielectric loss. They must have AC in order to work. These typically require somewhat high voltages. These typically use 100-140 volts AC, up to 200 volts if the waveform is a square wave. At normal frequencies of 50-60 Hz, electroluminescent lamps are NOT bright, but last several years. To get more brightness, AC of higher frequencies of a few hundred or thousand Hz is used. Our specially designed transformer converts the 12 volts from your vehicle to the optimum voltage to control the GLO-WIREZ
