WARRANTIES, RETURNS, EXCHANGES (RAZZI & MVS ONLY)
Warranties:
All of our MVS spoilers and RAZZI Ground Effects have a limited lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship. In all cases, KoolGlo’s sole liability is for the repair or replacement of the originally purchased part and shall not be liable for any consequential or other costs. Warranty applies while the item is on the original vehicle it was installed and the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. They are warranted to perform satisfactorily when installed properly and under normal operating conditions. Damage caused by abuse, activities such as racing, abnormal weather, and similar are not covered. All products are sold with the understanding that the buyer has independently determined its suitability prior to installation. Please test fit each application prior to paint or prep work for fit and clearance. If the merchandise is installed when the fit is obviously incorrect, the warranty is void. If you believe you have a fit issue, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges:
You must contact us first. All returned items must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. NOTE: Painted or prepped parts are not returnable. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Package and insure all items for their full value. Returns must be sent pre-paid directly to us. If you believe the product has a defect, we will make our best effort to evaluate your claim within 15 days of receipt. If we come to the same conclusion, a replacement part will be provided at no charge and we will credit you for the 'lowest freight cost' to compensate for shipping to us. Refunds will be issued by the same method as used for original purchase. Parts returned for reasons other than our error or a defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Absolutely NO returns after 30 days.
Shipping:
Shipping charges are $100 for ground effects only in the continental U.S. In rare cases, a remote location will cause additional charges. Shipments to addresses outside the continental U.S. will be subject to additional cost. Since body kits are sent via truck freight, shipping prices are $100 for business delivery to a commercial area. Residential deliveries are typically $50.00 additional. Note: All freight charges will be charged separately to your credit card. This only applies to body kits since they must go by truck freight. Inspect your parcel carefully for shipping damage before signing for it. Visible or hidden damage must be reported to the freight company without delay. Shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight company.
Shortages:
We take great care to see that everything you ordered is shipped. If you appear to be short a part, please check for small items that may be mixed in with the packaging. Also, check for tears in the box. If this is the case, call the shipping company immediately. If a shortage is our responsibility, we will of course honor it, but it must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

SAFETY NOTES:
Razzi front and rear air dams are not "bumper replacements" They attach onto the existing stock-factory bumper fascia. When installing a Razzi product, you would never remove the stock-factory front or rear bumper cover/fascia. With the presence of the air bag sensors and with all the crash testing and other safety related aspects of these parts, neither KOOLGLO nor Razzi would NEVER recommend removing any stock-factory bumper cover/fascia and replacing it with another manufacturer's ground effects part, unless that part has been put through the same testing procedures as the original bumper cover/fascia.
On some models, it is necessary to trim the lower part of the existing bumper cover during the installation process to allow for the design of the part. This is not a problem. Just follow the installation instructions to LEAVE ALL SUPPORT SYSTEMS INTACT. These products are designed and engineered so that all factory bumper cover supports or attachments are left untouched. Trimming the lower portion of a bumper cover does not disrupt the functionality of the cover or any of the safety features.
